Dr. Ahmad Jaffar is an Associate Professor of Innovation at the Abu Dhabi School of Management. With 18 years of teaching in innovation management, he served as Program Chair for 5 years and taught in different universities in United Arab Emirates and University of Wales, College Newport, UK. Dr. Jaffar was awarded scholarships for his PhD and MSc. He received the Education Leadership Award by World Education Congress and Best Oral Presentation in International Conference Business Education, Engineering & Science for his research on commuters’ behavior.

Dr. Jaffar key areas of research expertise includes business process modeling, cognitive psychology in human interpretation of representation, and human-computer interaction, specifically in implied symbolic representation. His current focus optimizes positive psychology and predictive analytics to influence individual behavior in crowded environment. His most recent collaborative publication is a research initiative with a Middle East Transportation Authority to solicit commuter’s behavior using train services.
