Quantitative Analysis: PLS-SEM Method using SmartPLS

This training session will provide a comprehensive introduction to PLS-SEM statistical methods using Smart PLS software, a popular tool for structural equation modeling in academic research.

Participants will explore the Smart PLS environment, focusing on both outer (measurement) model and inner (structural) model testing. Key areas covered include item loading, construct validity, Beta scores, P-values, and model fit indices, along with graphical representation techniques. Designed for Master's students who plan to use quantitative methods, this session will equip participants with practical skills to analyze survey data and investigate causal relationships among variables effectively.
