To teach one course Business & Management Foundations in the BScM program in the Fall 2026 term
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Business and Fundamentals of Management.
- Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Explain key concepts such as business environments, organizational structures, leadership, planning, decision making, and management functions.
- Guide students in applying business and management principles to real-world organizational scenarios.
- Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
- Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms.
Skills
- Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline (required).
- University-level teaching experience in business or management courses (preferred).
- Strong ability to simplify foundational business concepts for non-specialist learners.
- Knowledge of case-based teaching and practical business applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must currently reside in the UAE and hold own valid residency visa.
