To teach one course Introduction to Faculty in Finance & Accounting in the BScM program in the Fall 2026 term

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Finance and Accounting (managerial and financial).
  • Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
  • Explain key concepts such as financial statements, budgeting, cost analysis, time value of money, investment decisions, and financial management.
  • Guide students in applying financial and accounting principles to business decision-making.
  • Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
  • Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms.

Skills

  • Minimum Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline (required).
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage.
  • University-level teaching experience in finance or accounting (preferred).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, accounting systems).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must currently reside in the UAE and hold own valid residency visa.
