To teach one course Introduction to Faculty in Finance & Accounting in the BScM program in the Fall 2026 term
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Finance and Accounting (managerial and financial).
- Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Explain key concepts such as financial statements, budgeting, cost analysis, time value of money, investment decisions, and financial management.
- Guide students in applying financial and accounting principles to business decision-making.
- Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
- Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms.
Skills
- Minimum Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline (required).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage.
- University-level teaching experience in finance or accounting (preferred).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, accounting systems).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must currently reside in the UAE and hold own valid residency visa.
