The adjunct faculty member will teach Human Interaction & Behavior. The successful candidate will deliver instruction on human behavior, social dynamics, communication, and interpersonal skills, with applications in organizational, business, and social contexts.

Responsibilities

  • All elements of course development, delivery, grading and student mentoring
  • Completion of course files and other compliance requirements

Skills

  • Expertise in areas including communication styles, group dynamics, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, motivation, and social behavior.
  • Experience teaching UG/GED-level students
  • Experience in course development, delivery, grading and closure and compliance requirements
