Adjunct Faculty in Introduction to Probability

To teach one course Introduction to Probability and Statistics in the BScM program in the Fall 2026 term

Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Probability and Statistics.
Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
Explain key concepts such as probability distributions, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, and data interpretation.
Guide students in applying statistical tools to real-world problems.
Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms.

Minimum Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a closely related discipline (required).
University-level teaching experience in statistics or quantitative methods (preferred).
Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for non-specialist learners.
Proficiency with statistical software and tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, or similar).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Must currently reside in the UAE and hold own valid residency visa.
